*Subject : DVD tiltes are not played on Win XP installed PC with the chipset of Intel P4-2.4C(865PE) version after installing POWER DVD.
Please refer below solution about this problem.
*Symptom: DVD titles are not played with below error message after installing POWER DVD.
(Error Massege : Close this program due to Power DVD technical problem)
*Cause : Samsung bundle CD, Version 1221, do not support "hyper threading" function,
so we are supposed this problem caused by the other system which can support "hyper threading" function. (answered by Cyberlink Co,ltd)
We have found the same problem on the PC which support this fuction, in Tech. Solution secter part of Samsung.
*Corrective action : Install the updated patch version4.00.2417( 24, Jan 03) on Cyberlink Co. Ltd homepage after installed Samsung bundle program.

This is not problem regarding DVD program supporting, but just due to the compatibility of Power DVD version .
Therefore you can download patch file on Samsung OMS homepage when you get customer's inquiry.
